  • Social Dancing

    Social Dancing encompasses the variety of dances you'll commonly see at social events and gatherings. This category includes the relaxed West-Coast Swing, the vibrant Salsa, the intimate Night Club Two-Step, the intricate Argentine Tango, the classic Jitterbug, and many more. It's all about having fun and connecting with others on the dance floor!

  • Standard Ballroom

    Standard Ballroom dances are typically reserved for competitive settings in America, though they’re incredibly enjoyable to learn regardless! This category includes the elegant International Waltz, the intense International Tango, the smooth International Viennese Waltz, the jazzy International Foxtrot (often called a slow Foxtrot), and the energetic Quick Step, which nearly feels like a race on the dance floor.

  • Latin

    International Latin dances are known for their speed and precision, with an emphasis on straight legs and sharp movements. This category features the ultra-sharp International Cha-Cha, the lively Samba, the sensual International Rumba, the dramatic Paso Doble that mimics a matador’s battle, and the high-energy Jive with its dynamic knee action.

  • American Rhythm

    American Rhythm features the lively, fast-paced tempo often seen on TV. It includes five dynamic dances: the sharp and vibrant Cha-Cha, the melodic and expressive Rumba, the classic East Coast Swing, the dramatic Bolero, and the energetic Mambo. Each dance offers its own exciting and upbeat rhythm.

  • American Smooth

    When most people think of ballroom dancing in America, they're envisioning American Smooth. This style encompasses four distinct dances: the elegant American Waltz, the sultry Tango, the playful Foxtrot, and the dynamic Viennese Waltz. Each dance brings its own unique flair and grace to the floor.
